Understanding Quick Login on comix
Our Quick Login feature streamlines repeated access to your comix account. After your first successful login—which requires email verification and identity confirmation—subsequent logins remember your device. You enter your email and password, and we recognize your device as trusted. This approach avoids annoying re-verification loops while maintaining security checks for new devices or suspicious activity.
On comix, the first login asks for email, password, and a verification code sent to your registered email address. We do this to confirm you control that email address. Once verified, your device is flagged as trusted. The next time you log in from that same device, we skip the email-verification step. If you log in from a new device—a different phone, tablet, or computer—we ask for verification again.
Session persistence and device trust
When you enable "Remember this device" during Quick Login, we store a secure token locally on your device. This token tells our servers that future logins from that device are likely legitimate. However, device trust is not foolproof—if someone gains physical access to your unlocked phone or computer, they could access your comix account without your password.
We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) to add a second layer of protection. With 2FA enabled, even if someone knows your password, they cannot log in without a code from your phone. You set up 2FA in your account settings after your first login.
Setting up your comix Quick Login account
Creating a comix account for Quick Login starts with your email address. We send a verification link to that email; you click it to confirm you own the address. Next, you set a password—we require at least 8 characters, a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, at least one number, and one special character (e.g., @, #, $, %). This complexity requirement reduces the risk of brute-force attacks.
After password setup, we ask for your identity details: full legal name, date of birth, and government ID number (KTP, passport, or similar). This is our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. We encrypt these documents and store them separately from your login credentials. Verification typically completes within 24 hours. Until then, your Quick Login works, but you cannot deposit funds or enter real-money tournaments on comix.
Two-factor authentication for Quick Login security
We strongly encourage two-factor authentication (2FA) on your comix account. 2FA requires a second code—typically from an authenticator app on your phone or via SMS—in addition to your password. Even if someone discovers your password, they cannot access your account without that second code.
On comix, you set up 2FA in your account security settings. We support authenticator apps (Google Authenticator, Authy, Microsoft Authenticator) and SMS-based codes. When 2FA is enabled, every Quick Login—including from your trusted devices—asks for your 2FA code after you enter your email and password. This adds friction to your login routine but dramatically strengthens your account security.
When you first enable 2FA, we display backup codes. These are one-time use codes you can use if you lose access to your authenticator app or phone. Store these codes in a safe place—a password manager, a physical notebook, or a secure cloud storage—but never share them with anyone. If your authenticator app breaks, these codes are your lifeline to regaining Quick Login access.
Resetting your password and recovery options
If you forget your comix password, Quick Login displays a "Forgot password?" link on the login screen. Click it, enter your registered email address, and we send a password-reset link to that email. The link expires after 24 hours for security reasons. Click the link, enter a new password (following our complexity rules), and your Quick Login password updates immediately.
If you no longer have access to your registered email address, contact our support team. We verify your identity by asking security questions or requesting a copy of your ID to confirm you own the account. Once verified, we can change your email address and send a new password-reset link. This process typically takes 1-2 business days.
Managing devices and trusted device removal
On comix, you can see a list of all devices that have successfully logged in to your account. This list appears in your account security settings. Each entry shows the device type (mobile, tablet, desktop), approximate location (city-level, based on IP address), and last login date.
If you see an unfamiliar device in this list, you can remove it immediately. Removing a device from your trusted list forces that device to re-verify via email on the next Quick Login attempt. If you sold or lost a phone, you should remove it from your trusted list right away. If you are traveling and logged in from a hotel computer you do not own, remove that device when you return home to prevent anyone at the hotel from accessing your account later.
We recommend reviewing your trusted devices list every few months, especially if you have changed phones or computers. Removing old devices you no longer use reduces the attack surface—fewer entry points for someone trying to compromise your account.
Quick Login and account tiers
Your comix account tier determines which features you access after Quick Login. A new account—verified email only—can log in, view game schedules, and play demo modes for Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Fortune Tiger, and Mahjong Ways. However, you cannot enter real-money tournaments or withdraw until you complete KYC verification.
Once your ID is verified, you unlock the ability to deposit funds via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or direct bank transfer (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet). You can then enter slot tournaments on comix. After your first deposit settles—typically within minutes—your account tier upgrades to "Active," and you gain access to live-dealer tables (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, Dragon Tiger) and sportsbook markets (Liga 1, Piala AFF, Premier League, Champions League, MotoGP, and esports).
Account verification and Quick Login access
Your Quick Login credentials remain the same regardless of account tier. You use the same email and password whether your account is newly verified or fully active. The difference is what you can do after logging in—demo play versus real-money tournaments, restricted markets versus full market access.
If your account is temporarily restricted (e.g., pending document review, flagged for compliance check), you can still use Quick Login, but certain features display as locked. Our support team notifies you via email if your account is under review and explains what actions, if any, you need to take.
Quick Login across regions and time zones
comix operates across multiple Southeast Asian regions, including Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, and Semarang. Your Quick Login works from any geographic location where our services are available. We use your IP address to detect your approximate region, but this is for compliance and fraud prevention only—it does not restrict your login or access.
If you frequently travel or move between regions, you may notice that logins from a new city or country require email re-verification the first time. This is a security measure to catch unauthorized access. Once verified, subsequent logins from that location treat it as trusted, assuming the same device.
Our servers use Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) for all transactions. When you view your account history, deposit times, withdrawal dates, and tournament schedules, all timestamps are converted to Jakarta time (UTC+7) for convenience. However, tournament entry deadlines and match kickoff times display in your device's local time if you have enabled location services in your comix account settings.
